Can a heat pump be my primary heat source?

Insurance companies will not recognize a ductless heat pump as your primary heat source, however, ducted heat pump systems are considered a primary heat source. Please check with your insurance provider as requirements may change.

Can you put a heat pump on a wood furnace?
​

Yes.  It is called an add-on heat pump.

What brands do you work with?

​

We have access to most of the popular brands i.e. Trane, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Carrier, Bryant, York, Payne, Lennox, and LG.  If you are interested in a brand not listed, please contact us.

How would a maintenance contract benefit myself or my business?
​

​Maintenance contracts can be beneficial to you or your business by;

  • Extending the life of your equipment

  • Reducing energy operating costs

  • Reducing downtime

  • Protect the value of your assets

Contracts are scheduled depending the type and amount of equipment being serviced, generally either two to four times a year.  For more information about maintenance contracts and if one would benefit you, please contact us.

Do you work on domestic refrigerators?
​

Unfortunately we do not service domestic refrigerators or freezers. 

Do you guarantee your work and/or your warranties?
​

We guarantee our installs for one year parts and labour. Additional equipment and labour warranties depend on the brand of product.

What is a Red Seal Certification?
​

The Red Seal Certification is an Inter-provincial Red Seal Exam (IP Exam) that both apprentices who have completed their training and certified journeypersons are able to complete.  After successful completion, they will receive a Red Seal endorsement on their Certificate of Qualification which will allow them to work anywhere in Canada without further training or examinations.
